Hey, I'm Marcus. My story is not unlike many of yours. Born in New Zealand to a Cambodian Refugee father and Irish mother, I have worldly experience not just in the finance sector. I’ve navigated the challenges of personal debt and the complexities of the financial world.
I first learned to invest while at university, alongside studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Commercial Law. Since then, I’ve spent over seven years in New Zealand's top financial institutions as a Senior Analyst and Product Manager, honing my skills and broadening my knowledge. All while investing in my own education and personal finance.
Today, I share digestible tools and tips because I believe financial literacy and freedom should be attainable for everyone. Education overlooks the importance of managing finances. I didn’t learn any of this at school, and I’m sure you didn't either. I've spent years teaching myself, I've made mistakes and learned from them, and now I want to share my knowledge with you!
